About Steady Roots

Steady Roots provides parent support, guidance, and planning resources for families choosing home education.

We do not provide teaching, schooling, tutoring, or alternative provision. Parents remain fully responsible for their child’s education at all times.

Services Provided

Steady Roots offers:

• Home  education planning support
• Curriculum  guidance and examples
• Parent coaching and consultation
• Digital downloads and guides
• Membership-based  parent support resources
• Free informational resources

All services are advisory and supportive only.

Not a School or Education Provider

Steady Roots:

• Is  not a school
• Is  not an alternative provision provider
• Does  not deliver lessons or curriculum
• Does not assess children
• Does  not replace parental responsibility

All guidance is offered to support parental decision-making only.

Suitability of Education

Parents remain legally responsible for ensuring their child receives a suitable education in line with Section 7 of the Education Act 1996.

Any guidance provided by Steady Roots is based on professional experience and current understanding but does not constitute legal advice.

Digital Products

Access

Digital downloads are provided electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once files have been downloaded, unless the product is faulty or inaccessible.

Membership Services

Membership access is provided on a monthly subscription basis unless stated otherwise.

• Membership content is for parent support only
• Access  continues while payment remains active
• Memberships may be cancelled at any time
• No  refunds are issued for partial billing periods

Coaching & Planning Services

• Appointments  must be booked in advance
• Cancellations  require at least 48 hours’ notice
• Late  cancellations or missed sessions may not be refunded
• Services   are time-limited to the agreed package period

Steady Roots reserves the right to end services if boundaries are not respected.

Boundaries of Support

Steady Roots does not provide:

• Teaching  or tutoring
• Behavioural therapy
• Medical  or mental health advice
• Legal  advice
• Educational assessments

Parents should seek appropriate professionals where required.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our resources — including text, worksheets, guides, branding, and downloads — is the intellectual property of Steady Roots.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute materials
• Share downloads publicly or commercially
• Resell or modify content
• Claim content as your own

Materials are licensed for personal use only.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully
• Attempt  to access restricted systems
• Reproduce content without permission
